How long does it take to process and ship my order?

We are a small indie shop, so we design and make most of our products in house. With this in mind our current processing time averages up to 7 business days.

Preorders (made-to-order) items require 2–3 weeks for processing. Items that are available as Preorder are labeled within their individual listings. 

Collab and wholesale orders typically take 2–3 weeks, depending upon the order volume. If pre negotiated, we can meet certain deadlines.

Please note that during major sales, processing times may be extended. Any updates will always be posted on our website so you can stay informed while placing your order.

What are the shipping postal service policies?

All non Wholesale/Collab orders are default shipped through USPS. All packages over $25 automatically include tracking numbers. Once your package has been transferred to the carrier, delivery timelines are determined by USPS and may differ based on location and service conditions. 

Please note that we are unable to assume responsibility for packages that are delayed, lost, or marked as delivered. If you encounter any delivery issues, we recommend contacting your local USPS office directly for assistance. Please double check your shipping address before check out, we are not responsible for any undeliverable packages due to wrong address

Wholesale/Collab Shipping:

During initial inquiry we can negotiate to ship whichever is your preferred method. 

There are on occasion opportunities for a Wholesale/Collab order to be picked up in person. This must be negotiated in advance.

Do you Collaborate with Clubs or Organizations?

We are always happy to collab with clubs or organizations to create themed products they have envisioned. We take pride in bringing your ideas to life! 

Prices and processing times vary upon multiple factors including custom art, quantities and shipping location. Rush orders are allowed on rare circumstances and must be brought to our attention during initial inquiry. There are on occasion opportunities for a Wholesale/Collab order to be picked up in-person. We are a business looking for Wholesale ordering, what do you offer?

Do you ship internationally?

At the moment, we’re able to ship only within the USA. We’re working toward expanding our shipping options soon and hope to reach more locations in the near future.

Do you accept returns, refunds or exchanges?

All sales are final, so we’re unable to offer refunds, returns, or changes once an order has been placed. We kindly ask that you review your cart carefully before checking out to make sure everything is just right. Since we are a hand made shop, there may be slight variations or imperfections from item to item. We take great care in quality checking every item before it ships to ensure it arrives in good care.

When do new releases happen? What are your product “seasons”?

We drop themed collections during our seasons:

Spring to Summer to Autumn to Spooky to Winter 

At the end of Summer season we discontinue our Spring/Summer collections to make space for our Autumn to Winter seasons. After the end of Winter, a new cycle of seasons bloom.
